Confirmation:
The property described is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation.

Booking Details:
We do not hold bookings until the payment has been cleared.
The minimum deposit is 35% of the total rent.
Full payment must be paid 10 weeks before the rental booking commences.

Cancellation Fees:
If cancelation is recieved by us more than 10 weeks before the start date of the rental period, a full refund of deposit or any payments will be made (less 25 Euro for any bank/transfer charges and administration).
If cancelation is recieved by us less than 10 weeks before the start date of the rental period, no refund of deposit or any payments will be made, unless and until we can re-let the villa, and payment has been received by us.
Reservations made less than 10 weeks from the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

Check In/Check Out Times:
3.00 pm check in.
10.00 am check out.
These times may be extended free of charge to include the whole day if there is no conflict with another consecutive booking.

Cleaning:
The villa is fully cleaned before you check-in and after you leave. Please leave the villa in a reasonable state.

Facilities Book:
Please read this when you first check in as it contains important information. It also contains helpful information regarding the locality, transport, shops, maps, telephone numbers, that are likely to be of use to you.

Breakage and Damage:
Breakage or damage due to "normal wear and tear" are not charged for. All other breakage and damage is charged. An inventory of fixtures/furniture/boat/equipment is to be signed when entering the premises.
At any time prior to arrival, a damage deposit of 100 Euro will be required to be paid.
This will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of departure, provided there are no breakages and damage to the house, boat, furniture, fittings and equipment. If the deposit is paid in Bulgaria, it can also be repaid in cash immediately upon vacating the premises. The damage deposit reserved by this clause shall not however limit the Client’s liability to the Owner. If requested beforehand, arangements can be made to refund the security deposit directly on departure of the property, subject to the conditions of no damage described above.
The Client shall report to the Owner without any delay any defects in the “Property” or breakdown in the equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the “Property”, boats, or garden, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. If the clients wish to make use of the outboard motor for the boat, there is an additional security deposit to be paid of 600 Euro, which can be returned to the client as soon as the client ceases to make use of the motor. The payment and return of the deposit shall conform with the laws and currency regulations of the country.
